Do you let them see all of your sketches?

I was talking to Swarm today and I referenced an old technical arts teacher of mine, Edward Schoenstein, who said something to me that I think about often. I will copy and paste here: One of my favorite art teachers told me to draw it 500 times, look at the 50 best, then show the client the top 5-6 from that batch. That’s in regard to logo design but I tend to do the same with music.
